• This program is for low-income families who travel on Texas highways.

• What are the requirements for families?

1. Self-certification of financial need.
2. Have a vehicle and a working safety belt
3. (lap and shoulder belt required for booster seats).
4. Attend a one-hour class in order to learn how to use the
5. safety seat correctly.
6. One seat per family.
7. Unlimited education assistance, one time seat assistance.
8. Parents must pre-register for class.
